STEP 1
Initial Conversation

Tell us where you want to go and what you want to experience. Our Travel Engineer will start the process of crafting your ideal trip.

STEP 2
Destination Confirmation

Once you choose your destination, we connect with our local contacts and start planning a trip that is completely tailor-made for you.

STEP 3
Tailoring the itinerary

We’ll send you an initial proposal. You can tweak this as much as you like or ask for something completely new. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your itinerary and ensure each day is spectacular!

STEP 4
Confirming the trip

When you are ready to book, we request an email with a final confirmation and the payment before you leave for your trip.

STEP 5
Final Bookings

We take care of all your bookings from the visa to flights, accommodation and transfers. We also arrange experiences that make your trip extraordinary.

STEP 6
Travel Kit

Upon booking, you'll receive confirmation of payment along with your full itinerary and a travel kit from our Travel Engineers that will carry all your hotel vouchers, air tickets and other destination specific confirmation documents.

STEP 7
24x7 Service

Once you leave home, our Travel Engineers will be reachable 24x7 through your entire trip! If you need any assistance at any point, we are just a phone call away!
